Effective date: May 17, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 10xMeet (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We may modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Create fake, fraudulent, or duplicate accounts
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data via automated means
- Harass, discriminate against, or abuse other users or invitees
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
- Interfere with the Platform's operation

5. Subscription & Billing
10xMeet offers a Free tier and paid tiers (Unlimited, AI Pro). By subscribing you authorize recurring billing via Stripe. Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel any time through account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
For paid bookings (charging invitees per meeting), invitee payments are processed via Stripe Checkout and disbursed according to your Stripe account's payout schedule. Stripe processing fees apply. We do not take a cut of paid-booking revenue.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice for existing customers.
6. AI Disclaimer
10xMeet uses AI to qualify leads, generate booking summaries, draft reminders, and write recovery messages. AI output may contain errors or biases. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for hiring, sales, or other decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
We own all rights in the Platform, including software, design, and trademarks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform per these terms. You retain ownership of content you upload (event types, agenda text, notes, bookings). By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content solely to provide and improve the Platform.
8. Invitee Data
When invitees book through your link, they provide personal information (name, email, optional answers to your custom questions). You are the data controller for invitee information you collect; 10xMeet is the processor. You must have a lawful basis for collecting and processing that data, and must comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
9. Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10xMeet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 10xMeet and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, your content, or third-party claims regarding your meetings.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account anytime via account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately and your data may be deleted per our retention policy.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
